Home Alarm Monitoring Features
Local Monitoring
We know and understand you.
We don’t outsource our monitoring to large call centers offshore.
Security ONE local monitoring professionals know exactly where your home is located, how to pronounce the street name, and ultimately dispatch the authorities in the timeliest fashion possible.
Also we understand local weather and traffic conditions allowing for the fastest response time by the proper authorities.
Advanced Communication
Multiple communication paths.
Burglar’s today are getting smarter and know that a simple pair of scissors can compromise a phone line.
Security ONE uses cellular technology that sends a wireless signal to our central station. We also offer an ultra-secure supervised IP module that will check in with our central station every 90 seconds to ensure we are still communicating. Don’t rely on outdated copper phone line technology to monitor your system – call Security ONE today to upgrade.
Multi-Layer Monitoring
More than burglary monitoring.
A common misconception is that a Security ONE alarm system is only good for protecting against burglary. However, burglary monitoring is just the tip of the iceberg.
Security ONE’s professional monitoring station can monitor all of the following and more.
- Burglary
- Fire/Smoke
- Temperature
- Flood
- Sump Pump
- Carbon Monoxide
- Medical Emergencies
- Non-Emergency (Safes, Medicine Cabinets, Liquor Cabinets)
Certifications
Credentials you can trust.
Ultimate peace of mind.
Unfortunately, there is little regulation in the monitored alarm industry that allows “low cost operators” to monitor alarms. Ensure that your family is protected by a monitoring station with ULC credentials.
ULC (Underwriters Laboratories of Canada) is a third party quality assurance test that Security ONE professionals and infrastructure must exceed. All employees of Security ONE undergo intense background criminal record checks and must obtain a clean police clearance.
Tenure and Training
Trust trained professionals.
When you and your family is in danger, you don’t want you’re monitoring professional to be in training.
Mobile Alerts & Reporting
Be in the know and on the go.
Control and monitor your home – even if you are not there.
With Security ONE’s Total Connect you can remotely arm and check status of your security system; disarm and silence your security system; change codes if it has become compromised; add and delete users; receive text messages or emails for any alarms or non-emergency events. Perfect for knowing when the kids came home from school or to let a cleaning lady in while your at work.
