Build and steward long-term relationships with commercial clients, guiding organizations to the right integrated security solutions and serving as their trusted point of contact.
Job Summary
As a Commercial Account Manager, you'll own relationships with business clients across Southern Ontario — understanding their operations, designing solutions alongside our technical team, and ensuring every account receives the attentive, expert service that defines Security ONE. This is a consultative role for a relationship-builder who understands that trust is earned over years.
Education
Post-secondary education in business, sales, or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
Additional Educational Requirements
Familiarity with security, access control, or surveillance technology is an asset; we provide product and technical training.
Experience
3+ years in B2B account management, sales, or commercial customer relationships, ideally within security, technology, or a related industry.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build and retain long-term commercial relationships.
- Consultative, solutions-oriented approach to client needs.
- Strong organizational skills and CRM proficiency.
- Confident communicator across technical and executive audiences.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence for client site visits.
Criminal Background Checks
A clean criminal background check is required as account managers access sensitive client information and facilities.
Physical Demands
Combination of office-based and field work, including regular travel to client sites across the region. Requires a valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
